I would highly recommend the leadership game! The leadership game allowed our staff to not only build and think about leadership traits and actions, but also allowed us to grow on personal and interpersonal levels. Junior is a fantastic facilitator who kept the pacing just right for the time allotted. Staff feedback included that this could have been the most important meeting our company has had!
