I have been a workaholic most of my life. I always thought I would be the type of person to lead by example and join my teammates and help complete the work. However, I quickly realized that alone wouldn’t help our company continue to grow. Jr helped me understand how to better delegate, assign accountability and foster an environment that helps develop future leaders in our organization. He did that by asking me the right questions – to help me find simple next steps to solutions that are leading to continued growth in our company.
