My Story

For more than 30 years, I have led high-performing sales teams, highly-effective management teams, and dedicated volunteer groups. My leadership style is relationship-driven, always putting people first. As I develop each person, I am also developing the overall team. In sales, I was consistently a top performer.

As a sales manager, I discovered a passion for developing people while leading my team in record-breaking sales performances. Becoming a general manager gave me the opportunity to use that same zeal to lead a seasoned team of managers and to continue bringing out the best in every individual.

I have spent many years in ministry where I have led youth volunteers, worship teams, and various lay ministries, always trying to coax the best out of each person. As I continue to grow and hone my leadership skills, I am now helping other companies and organizations boost their individuals and teams to higher performance levels.
